PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

At Landsdale Gardens Primary School, our passionate and dedicated staff strive to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that fosters a sense of deep connectedness and belonging, where the voice of each child is valued in a safe and inclusive environment. By helping our students grow intellectually, physical, socially and emotionally, we inspire young minds to develop a lifelong love of learning and curiosity about the world.

We create an environment that is positive and affirms relationships that are forged between students, parents, staff and the wider community. We value the cohesive educational experience that these partnerships bring to shape our students’ education within a diverse range of learning opportunities.

At Landsdale Gardens, we understand the impact that the early years of a child’s life has on future academic success, behaviour and health. Our early childhood educators provide a balance of explicit and play based experiences to support our students to develop emotional, social and cognitive skills to become lifelong learners.

Our highly skilled staff are deeply committed to understanding the needs of each child and the belief that every child can succeed. They provide opportunities that extend and challenge every child to make year on year growth in English and Maths to reach their full potential. Our staff are exceptional educators that share knowledge and research, work collaboratively and use evidence based high impact teaching strategies to improve student outcomes.

As students progress through school, we recognise the importance of providing opportunities to develop essential 21st century skills, knowledge and understanding in a range of disciplines. They will contribute positively to society and emerge as conscious global citizens that create a sustainable future.
